Incredible material, so well presented, and the group discussions were both thought provoking and very informative. Thank you fellow participants, for helping to encourage and motivate. Special thank you, Martha for being the pioneer you are and inviting us along on the journey! I am very excited to truly incorporate Restoration yoga.

With certainty (my) views on yoga have changed since finishing the training. Mainly how much I did not know….This was a wonderful experience and I am so glad that I gave this to myself.
The 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Course with Martha Catz and her Teacher Associates has been a fulfilling experience. The environment that has been created at The Yoga Connection, provides an ideal place for studies and yoga practice.
I absolutely loved everything about this experience. I have said it before and I will say it again, teacher training was and still remains my favorite thing that has occurred in my life. Thank you so much for this experience.

Thank you, Martha. It was a wonderful opportunity and I really feel that I have walked away from the training with so much.

Martha has practiced yoga for over 25 years with, nearly 20 as teaching experience since completing her 240-hour training in 2003. Martha continued after her 200 hour training to receive her 1100 hour yoga therapy training, a Masters in Health Psychology, and training as an Integrative Health coach from Duke Integrative Medicine. She approaches teaching yoga as a method for health and wellness rather than solely a physical exercise; to develop skills within each practitioner to improve the quality of life; and promote self-empowerment to improve physical, emotional and psychological health.
