We offer a variety of yoga classes at our yoga studio in Smithfield. Our group yoga classes and descriptions are listed below. We also offerprivate yoga classes and yoga therapy. If you have any questions about where to begin, do not hesitate to contact us.
Intro to Yoga Class
A great place to begin. Introducing stretching and strengthening of the body slowly and with gentle consideration. Especially good for individuals that are entering into a beginning fitness program after a period of inactivity, or after an illness or chronic issue. This class is one hour. A Gentle Beginner Class.
Every Tuesday from 5:30pm-6:30pm
All Levels Yoga Class
Bring yourself into our All Levels class combining flow with the strengthening of some statically held poses. Modifications for the beginner, and plenty of challenge for the more experienced yogi. If the week has thrown you off track, find your center again by joining mind and body in our all levels yoga class. If you feel you need to reset your body and regain your focus, this class is designed to offer you space. Enjoy the positive physical and emotional energy of yoga.
Every Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm
Yoga Strength Class
Tone muscles, stabilize joints, and focus on muscles that are critical to supporting the spine. When combined with our Yoga stretch classes, you will have a wonderful yoga practice that enhances your health & wellbeing. All levels, also great for beginners with some experience.
Every Thursday from 9:00am-10:00am
Yoga Stretch Class
This class focuses primarily on lengthening muscles, increasing range of motion, and developing general flexibility. Keeping the body flexible encourages better balance and enables smoother, easier motion. Learn different yoga postures while understanding the use of breath to open the body and facilitate a healthier physical state. A fundamental class that is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis. Modifications & props offered to accommodate beginner students. Great for beginners and those looking for a relaxing practice that offers strengthening and flexibility.
