Yoga therapy is a method for healing and repairing; for improving behaviors that affect physical and mental well-being as well as developing a perspective of wholeness rather than that of being fractured by illness or injury.

Our yoga therapy sessions adapt traditional yoga practices of asana, breath-work, and mindfulness meditation to fit the needs of the individual person, whether that issue originates from an injury, chronic disease or stressful living conditions.
