Yoga Therapy with Martha Catz, M.S., E-RYT

Yoga therapy is a method for healing and repairing; for improving behaviors that affect physical and mental well-being as well as developing a perspective of wholeness rather than that of being fractured by illness or injury.
Our yoga therapy sessions adapt traditional yoga practices of asana, breath-work, and mindfulness meditation to fit the needs of the individual person, whether that issue originates from an injury, chronic disease or stressful living conditions.

What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is a process based on the application of the teachings and practices of yoga. By using yoga, yoga therapy enables individuals to move toward improved health and wellness.
