If you’re looking for yoga classes in Clayton, NC, The Yoga Connection is for you! Since 2005, we have been providing yoga classes, teacher trainings, and therapeutic yoga to the Clayton area. We were the first yoga studio in Johnston County and we’re proud to remain the area’s premier yoga studio!
Whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or you’re a seasoned yogi, welcome! At The Yoga Connection, we provide classes for all skill levels. Yoga forces you to be present, something we can all work on, no matter how long we’ve been practicing.
We offer a variety of yoga classes for strengthening, stretching, relaxation, and meditation. Our instructors bring their own teaching style and personality to the studio to make each class a positive learning environment. All of our classes focus on bringing together the philosophy and physiology of yoga to promote health and well being.
In addition to yoga and meditation classes, we offer yoga teacher trainings:
- Yoga Training Certification (200 Hour) – if you would like to become a yoga instructor, this is the training for you!
- Advanced Yoga Training Certification (300/500 Hour) – this training builds on the knowledge and skills gained in the 200 hour training and is often the next step for those that complete the yoga training certification.
- Restoration Yoga Training – this training teaches instructors to blend the relaxation properties of restorative yoga with the healing art of yoga therapy.
