Workshop: Detailing the Yoga Postures

Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced yogi, its good to take the time to really have a deep understanding of the purpose of the yoga poses, and how they can best work for you. Not all yoga poses are accessible to all people, just like all bodies are not the same. Some bodies need more strength, some more flexibility, and some just need to learn to be more patient and attentive. Regardless of your level of expertise, taking the time to uncover the finer details of the primary postures can enhance you personal practice, and lend a bit more comfort to being in the classroom setting. This 3-hour workshop will give you the opportunity to detail the asana for you needs, as you gain a deeper understanding of the purpose to the pose. Open to all levels. And yes! We will take some breaks to give body and mind a chance to rest.
