Tension and Release Exercises were developed by Dr. David Berceli to reduce and heal the deep muscular tensions of trauma. This workshop will teach you the exercises to empower yourself or clients to cope with and potentially heal the affect of acute trauma in the body and mind. Open to the public, physical and mental health care professionals, body work specialists, yoga teachers and students. Sign up at The Yoga Connection.
