The universe is made up of vibrations. Sound is one method to experience these vibrations. We all sense sound vibrations not only in the ear but on a cellular level throughout the entire body. Singing bowls are an ancient, lovely practice for healing, relaxing and simply enjoying the sensations of vibrations cascading around and through you. Bring blankets, beach chairs, or use our blankets and props. Relax on the floor, or chilling in your beach chair, what ever suits your fancy. Lay back and enjoy the experience.
