Kids Yoga

As the adult community grows around the benefits of yoga, children in this stressed out, push to succeed world we live in, also need the benefits of yoga.

Teaching children not only the benefits of yoga such as physical fitness, to calm ruminating minds, and practice patience and self care, but also how yoga can be a community for them.

The community of yoga supports the positive behaviors of the practice of yoga.

Families can practice together.

Yoga is an experience that all generations should be able to share. It brings generations together, so we can continue to learn from those that have experience, and those who are bringing new information forward.

Starting you child into yoga at an early age develops skills that will carry them through a lifetime of ups and downs. Whether those ups and downs are physical, intellectual or emotional. Yoga offers tools for adjusting to the fluctuations of our lives.
