A Sunday late afternoon class to put a period on the end of the weekend, and turn your attention to yourself to prepare for the coming week.
This class will have a little energy to begin and then slowly turn to a more inwardly focused, calming practice. Some of the breathing techniques and movements you can take into your busy week to keep you grounded and attentive, and to never lose sight of you in the busy-ness of the week.
Open to all experiences. More of a breath centric practice.
