An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Thursday, repeating until April 2, 2020
Each Thursday evening experiences the combination of static and flow in this all levels class. Combining static with flow allows muscle and joints to limber-up, rediscover range of motion, and develop strength. Combined with the static holds, strength and precision can be developed in movement. This class is especially good for Athletes who are use to ballistic or explosive movement. SLOW it down and feel the muscles work.
