There are many 21-90 day challenges on the market which promise that if you can control yourself for a certain number of days, you will effectively create long term change. But creating change that lasts takes more than a few weeks of determination, and lot more that an intense, short-term exercise regime. It takes knowledge, critical thinking, goals and strategies, and the skills of mindful awareness.
Join Martha for an introduction to Will-power. In this 2-hour information session we will:
We will engage briefly in gentle yoga and mindful awareness meditation to increase the skills of will-power. No experience with yoga or meditation is needed. This workshop is an excellent introduction to the Mindful Eating 8 week session beginning in March (exact dates to be announced).
