Intro to Yoga Class

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 28, 2021
A great place to begin. Introducing stretching and strengthening of the body slowly and with gentle consideration. Especially good for individuals that are entering into a beginning fitness program after a period of inactivity, or after an illness or chronic issue. This class is one hour. A Gentle Beginner Class.
