An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 27, 2019
Yoga for All Levels is designed to allow the student to slowly within his or her own comfort zone, learn and explore the yoga postures. In each class we will concentrate on 4-5 static poses, taking plenty of time to prepare the body and mind for an in-depth experience. At the end, we connect them all together, integrating the postures into an easy and explorative flow. This class is open to all levels—beginners, too!$15 for walk-ins, or regular passes
