Bellydancing
Saturday 10-11am
Beginner level bellydancing Saturday mornings from 10-11am. Five week session.
Prenatal Class
Monday evenings 7:30-8:30pm
Pre-natal yoga gently maintains your strength and flexibility during this important time of your life. Pregnancy places a lot of demands on a woman's body and the birth process is easier when you can stay healthy, strong and flexible. Pregnancy can also stress out the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your self. Nancy Gilbert will lead you through breathing techniques that calm and fortify you, that will aid you during the birth of your baby. Nancy is certified in pre natal yoga.
Healthy Lunchtime Yoga
Tuesday 12:10-12:50pm
Learn ways to help yourself at work to reestablish your physical and mental equilibrium. Wear comfortable work clothes, no need to bring a change of clothing but please remember we will be on the floor. All levels, no prior experience with yoga needed.
Snack and water are provided. Four week session.

Yoga and Mindful Awareness Meditation
Monday 6-7pm
Traditional yoga postures begin each class to strengthen and stretch the body. Each person is encouraged to engage the postures to their best ability. We then move into Mindful Awareness Meditation. This class is designed for all levels to promote better physical health through the yoga postures and mental clarity using guided meditation of breath, body scan and walking. By becoming more mindful of your inner and outer moment and moment experiences, your effectiveness in dealing with stress and living life more fully becomes greater.

Posture Fundamentals
Tuesday 6-7:00pm
Posture Fundamentals is designed to allow the student to slowly and within his or her own comfort zone learn and explore the yoga postures. In each class we will concentrate on 3-4 poses, taking plenty of time to prepare the body and mind for an in-depth experience. This class is open to all levelsbeginners, too!
Easy Does It Yoga
Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
A great place to begin. Introducing stretching and strengthening of the body slowly and with gentle consideration. Especially good for individuals that are entering into a beginning fitness program after a period of inactivity. This class is one hour. A Gentle Beginner Class.
Flow Yoga Beginner
Wednesday 7-8:00pm
An introductory class designed for the beginning student. In this class you will learn to move from one pose to the next in synchrony with the breath. The poses will be taught statically and then incorporated into a flow (vinyasa) sequence. Flexibility, strength and balance that the yoga postures bring to body and mind are integrated into this slightly more energetic class in a friendly and welcoming environment. A great beginning for individuals looking to introduce a mild to moderate cardiovascular element to their wellness plan. Beginner and All Levels.
Morning Yoga
Thursday 9-10:00am
An introductory yoga class that combines the learning of different yoga postures while understanding the use of breath to open the body and facilitate a healthier physical state. Nancy introduces the linking of the breath to motion in an accessible, fundamental way that is perfect for beginners yet offers the experienced yogi a chance to slow it down and revisit their “yoga on the mat”.
